Chicken Road UK Privacy Policy

Updated 4 November 2026

What this notice covers

We describe the privacy implications of browsing our UK content and following its links. We do not treat this notice as consent to unrelated processing. Services reached through external links publish their own privacy terms, and the choices made with those services are separate from a visit to our content.

Our current UK content does not provide a registration form, deposit form, account dashboard or verified direct contact form. We do not ask readers to submit identity documents or card details through those pages. Do not send sensitive documents to an address merely because it uses a similar Chicken Road name.

Page requests and hosting records

When a browser requests a page, the hosting and network services necessarily receive connection details such as an IP address and request data. Operational records may also include the requested path, time, browser details and security events. These records can support delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse.

We do not claim that no personal data is processed simply because our pages are static. We have not established a publicly verified retention schedule for all hosting records or a complete list of infrastructure processing locations. We therefore make no unsupported promise that all records are immediately deleted or stored only in the UK.

Cookies, browser storage and external resources

Our content can request assets such as styles, images or fonts. A request to an external host can expose connection details to that host. Browser settings can limit cookies and other storage, although blocking resources may change how a page displays.

We do not equate the absence of a visible cookie banner with proof that every network service is cookie-free. Non-essential tracking should not be treated as authorised by continued browsing. The ICO’s cookie resources describe the controls available through a browser and the rules that apply.

External links and sensitive details

When you follow an external link, the destination receives a new request and may apply its own cookies, account rules and processing practices. Read that service’s terms before submitting personal details. A link from our content does not transfer a gambling account to us or make us responsible for its payment processing.

We encourage checking a destination’s genuine domain before entering a password. We do not ask for remote device access, a bank security code or an advance recovery payment. Avoid putting personal data in a URL, public comment or message intended only to report a spelling or factual error.

Your privacy choices and requests

You can use browser controls to clear stored data and restrict third-party cookies. You may also have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection under applicable data-protection law. The precise application of those rights depends on the processing and the relevant controller.

We have not yet published a verified owner-managed privacy contact route. That is a limitation in our current arrangements, and we will not direct a rights request to an invented mailbox. Our contact page states the same limitation. For general rights and complaint routes, consult the Information Commissioner’s Office directly.

Changes to this notice

We date material changes and aim to describe the actual technical setup rather than hypothetical features. A future account feature, analytics deployment or contact form would require a corresponding assessment and notice update. We do not treat an earlier visit as blanket agreement to new processing.

Account records held by another service

We do not receive a gambling business’s account records merely because a visitor follows a link. A request for that account’s identity documents, transaction history or closure record should be sent through the business’s verified privacy process. Avoid sending the same sensitive material to multiple unverified recipients in an attempt to get a faster answer.

We distinguish correcting our content from requesting changes to another service’s records. The first concerns words we publish; the second concerns processing controlled elsewhere. This distinction matters because a request must reach the organisation able to identify and act on the relevant record.

Do not assume complete anonymity

We do not promise that private browsing hides a connection from every network or hosting service. It mainly changes what the browser retains locally. Device settings, network services and destination processing can still matter. We encourage choosing browser controls deliberately rather than interpreting a private window as a guarantee that no data is processed.
